Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers to any VN GURU Cloud Solutions platform plan are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial payment. To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request" and your account email.
- Refunds are processed via Paddle back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- This guarantee applies to your first payment only — renewal charges are covered under Section 2.
2. Monthly Subscription Renewals
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, monthly subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However:
- If you were charged within 48 hours of your renewal date and did not intend to renew, contact us promptly at [email protected] and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- You may cancel at any time via the client portal at app.vnguru.com — no advance notice is required.
- Service continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. No further charges will be made.
2. One-Time Setup Fees
Setup fees cover initial server provisioning, hardening, and configuration work. These fees are:
- Non-refundable once work has begun.
- Fully refundable if cancellation is requested before any work commences.
3. Fixed-Price DevOps Projects
For scoped DevOps projects (CI/CD setup, infrastructure as code, containerisation, etc.):
- Before work starts: full refund of any deposit paid.
- Work in progress: a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed, at VN GURU Cloud Solutions's reasonable assessment.
- After delivery: no refund once the project has been delivered and accepted.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected] with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request" or "Cancellation Request"
- Your name and the email address on your account
- The service you are cancelling and the reason (optional but appreciated)
We will respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle (our payment processor) and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5a. Payment Processing by Paddle
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for VN GURU Cloud Solutions. This means:
- Paddle handles all payment disputes and chargebacks on our behalf.
- If you have a payment issue that cannot be resolved through us, you may also contact Paddle support directly at paddle.com/help.
- Refunds approved by VN GURU Cloud Solutions are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Renewal payments requested more than 48 hours after the charge date.
- Monthly retainer payments for periods where work has already been performed (outside the 30-day guarantee window).
- Setup fees after initial configuration work has started.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service.
- Delays or issues caused by the client (e.g. failure to provide access or required information).
7. Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. We are always happy to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of services.
